The Time Lord has no control over their body during
Regeneration, and they’re pretty much stuck with
whatever they get.
===== Effect =====
Regardless of how well the Time Lord does on
their Regeneration Roll, they can never achieve more
than a regular Success. The Time Lord may not take the
Tailored Regeneration Trait.
