Scion of Gallifrey is a Special Good Trait that shows the
character was conceived in a vessel within the flux of
the Time Vortex, under the aura of Time Lord science.
===== Effect =====
The character can regenerate exactly like a
Time Lord, and they automatically gain the Feel the
Turn of the Universe and Vortex traits. They also gain a
+1 to Ingenuity, which is no longer restricted to a
maximum of 6. This Special Trait costs 1 Character
Point and reduces their maximum Story Points by 2.
