The TARDIS is old and slow, struggling to
accomplish most tasks, much less accomplish
them with any speed. Database retrieval is
sluggish, circuits take extra time to kick in and
dematerialization takes forever, the machine
moaning and wheezing in an extremely noisome
manner, even for a TARDIS.

normal amount of time to perform.
