The Time Lord has an intuitive control over their body
during Regeneration which allows them
to tailor their form to their liking.

Whenever the Time Lord Regenerates, they
receive D6 Picks in addition to any Redraws
or Picks they might gain as a result of their Regeneration
Roll.
