Obsessed with honing their technical skills, these inveterate tinkerers typically find themselves working to maintain Gallifrey’s vast infrastructure or working in a TARDIS repair bay after they graduate from the Academy.
This Trait doubles the effect of the Technically Adept Trait, giving a +4 to all uses of the Technology Skill.
