Prerequisite: Time Lord
The Time Lord has no control over their body during Regeneration, and they’re pretty much stuck with whatever they get.
Effect
Regardless of how well the Time Lord does on their Regeneration Roll, they can never achieve more than a regular Success. The Time Lord may not take the Tailored Regeneration Trait.
